Dear Sara, My book is titled Star Wars: The Force Unleashed by Sean Williams. It is about a person named Galen who goes by Starkiller who is taken by Darth Vader when he is young. Darth Vader promises they will over throw the Emperor and take control to the galaxy. So Starkiller is going on various missions for Darth Vader to “Improve his power until he is ready to fight the Emperor.” Will Starkiller stay loyal to his master or will he do what he thinks is right and join the light side? I liked this book because it was full of action and it was unpredictable. There was rarely a scene where Starkiller wasn’t fighting something of trying to overcome some soft of challenge. For example, in one scene he has to pull a 2,000,000 ton ship out of the sky. In another he has to take over a space station full of soldiers trying to kill him. I think you should you should read this book because it is a quick, fun, easy book to read book. The character Starkiller is realistically written. He is a young man who is being promised complete power and is doing whatever he needs to do to get it like most people would. The author’s description of Starkiller’s past helped me better understand how he came to be who he is. It answered my question of how Darth Vader persuaded Starkiller to join him and be his servant. On a scale of one to ten I would give this book an eight point five. It is a pretty good book over all but it has some parts that the author dragged on and on longer than they needed to be. Reading this book helped me make sense of the world by telling me if something sounds too good to be true chances are it isn’t true. I think the authors message was don’t let your choices be influenced by someone else. But listen to others and pay attention to what they say. Like in one scene a Jedi tells Starkiller to be careful because Sith always betray each other. But Starkiller doesn’t listen to her. Sincerely, Tim
